Rivedoux-Plage and the Ile de Ré bridge
The Ile de Ré bridge is an emblematic structure linking the island to the mainland. Almost 3 km long, it offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and surrounding marshes. Inaugurated in 1988, it facilitates access to the island while preserving its natural setting.

From our campsite on the Ile de Ré, Camping Ushuaïa Villages Les Fougères, you’ll be in the best position to watch spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic and the bridge.
